2024 Annual Holiday Party at Las Sendas Golf Club

Don your festive holiday attire and join the fun at the 2024 AZPCA Holiday Party on Saturday, December 14th

5:30 pm – 9 pm at the Vistas Pavilion at Las Sendas Golf Club, 7555 E Eagle Crest Drive, Mesa

Enjoy an elegant plated dinner and merriment with fellow club members as we celebrate the holiday season.

(The Vistas Pavilion is located opposite the main Clubhouse, at 7555 E Eagle Crest Drive, Mesa, AZ 85207)

We will also say farewell to our retiring 2024 Board of Directors officers and welcome in our newly elected 2025 officers.

Event program:

  5:30  pm:    Check-In and  Happy Hour (cash bar) with passed Hors d’Oeuvres
  6:15 pm:     Plated dinner served
  7:30 pm:     Introduction of 2025 Board of Directors
  8:15 pm:     Socializing
  9 pm:          Close

Registration is $85 per person and you are welcome to bring up to 2 guests. You will indicate your choice of meal for yourself and each guest during registration:

● Herb Roasted Airline Chicken Breast with pancetta & cipollini onion relish, Truffle Smashed Red Potatoes & Lemon Zest Asparagus

● California Cut NY Strip Steak with tarragon chimichurri,Truffle Smashed Red Potatoes & Lemon Zest Asparagus

● Seared Scottish Salmon with blackberry relish, Truffle Smashed Red Potatoes  & Lemon Zest Asparagus

● Dessert: Lemon Squares and Mini Cannoli

● Beverage Station: Coffee, Tea and Water

If you have special dietary requirements, please note them in the meal registration section.

We have open seating at tables for 8, but if you have a group of 8 attending the party and want to reserve a table, please send the event coordinator the list of names in your group by December 9th.

Please register early as we are limited to 120 attendees.

Registration closes December 7th.

Our Holiday Charity is Sunshine Acres Children's Home. In the past we have collected Target or Walmart gift cards,  but if you prefer you can make a $25. donation towards the purchase of Gift Cards when you register.
